History

Established in 2020.

I started my business because like many others, when things started getting locked down due to covid I found myself unemployed. I had done garage door repair for several years professionally and as a side hustle in my neighborhood for several more years. As the months rolled by I found myself doing not only door repair but all sorts of other handyman stuff neighbors would post about on our FB page. So I decided to just make it official and start a business and that’s how Springs & Things came to be. Hi everyone! My name is Raymond and I’m the owner of Springs and Things. I have lived in Roanoke since ’02, have a lovely wife and 2 darling daughters aged 14 and 7. My passion has always been helping people. In this industry, the bigger the company, the higher their prices have to be to cover all the costs of doing business. Many times that leaves lower income family’s and those struggling unable to afford needed repairs. I believe everyone should have access to affordable repairs. It is my goal to provide honest, affordable repairs to everyone. I look forward to assisting you.
